Welcome to Neurology Diagnostics, Inc.
Neurology Diagnostics, Inc. is an independent neurology practice serving patients throughout Dayton and the surrounding communities. For more than 25 years, our organization has focused on providing timely, personalized neurological care while expanding access to advanced diagnostics, treatment options, and clinical research.
Led by neurologist Joel Vandersluis, MD, our team provides comprehensive evaluation and management of conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles. As an independent practice, we are able to combine specialized neurological expertise with an individualized approach to care, allowing our team to build lasting relationships with patients and families while responding efficiently to their changing needs.
Comprehensive Neurology Care
Neurology Diagnostics provides evaluation and ongoing management for a broad range of neurological conditions, including Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, memory and cognitive disorders, Parkinson's disease and movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, migraine and headache disorders, epilepsy and seizures, neuropathy, tremor, stroke and transient ischemic attack (TIA), and other neurological conditions.
Our embedded diagnostic capabilities support the evaluation and monitoring of neurological disorders through services such as electroencephalography (EEG), electromyography (EMG), neuromuscular evaluations, carotid ultrasound (CUS), and transcranial Doppler (TCD). When additional imaging or specialized testing is needed, our team coordinates care with trusted local facilities and healthcare partners.
Neurology Diagnostics also provides outpatient infusion services for neurological therapies, allowing eligible patients to receive prescribed intravenous treatments in a comfortable clinical setting with experienced staff.
NDx Clinical Research, Inc.
NDx Clinical Research is the dedicated clinical research division affiliated with Neurology Diagnostics. Through NDx Clinical Research, our organization partners with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to conduct clinical trials evaluating investigational medications, diagnostic approaches, and emerging therapies for neurological diseases.
Our integrated clinical and research model allows patients to receive their neurological care within a practice that is also actively involved in advancing the future of neurological medicine. When appropriate, patients may have the opportunity to learn about clinical trials for which they may qualify while continuing to receive individualized care from their healthcare providers.
NDx Clinical Research conducts studies across a range of neurological conditions, with a strong focus on Alzheimer's disease and other cognitive disorders, as well as research involving Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, migraine, and other areas of neurology. Participation in research is always voluntary, and our research team works closely with participants and their families to ensure they understand each study and what participation involves.
An Integrated Approach to Neurological Health
Together, Neurology Diagnostics and NDx Clinical Research provide a continuum of neurological care that brings clinical expertise, advanced diagnostics, established treatments, and opportunities for clinical research within one organization.
Whether you are seeking an evaluation for new neurological symptoms, ongoing management of an established condition, specialized diagnostic testing, infusion therapy, or information about clinical research opportunities, our team is committed to helping patients and families understand their options and take informed next steps.
