Most visits were timely, the last visit for results I waited an hour to see Dr, then felt he was in a hurry. The visit could have been done by phone.

Dr. Vandersluis and his staff were very kind, courteous, and thorough. He answered all my questions, was prompt in reporting and explaining test results and submitting prescriptions.

A very poor experience brought someone in that couldn't speak English very well. The representative had to be stopped multiple times to clarify his question because his dialect was so difficult to understand and to know, and yet he continued, although he was kind and generous, but it seemed like a snake in the grass, I would not recommend this practice for any individual if they're looking for help there was no help given. There was nothing that shared the process. What's a possibilities of this visit and we feel like we were taking advantage of from the moment we come in till we left they were shorthanded staff , and after he gave his results, he ran out of the room and tried to hide. That's what it seemed like to me. I stood there for over five minutes, trying to leave.
