Excellent rapport and genuine concern for my welfare. I have been recently diagnosed with dementia (which is heritaty in my mother’s side and I am 74 years old.
For the most part I am independent and live alone. I can perform my household task, plus still shop for my self and perform all of my household and personal task. Sometimes, I feel overwhelmed when performing my task such as paying bills in a timely manner. I no longer drive and ride a RTA Paratransit Bus as my mode of transportation. I can clean my house without any issues. Continue grocery store or other places via the RTA Paratransit Bus. Attend church with friends, go to the YWCA in Trotwood, Ohio or the YWCA in Englewood Ohio. Trotwood,,Ohio. My Denentitia is on my mother’s side. I am currently under the care of a Neuroligist and undergoing testing.

Great interchange and dialog. I was able to talk about my concerns and the process in moving forward in my treatment and diagnosis ( which was inherited from my maternal mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
